Effective listening is a very important part in communication. This involves the skills of understanding both facts and feelings to actually explain the exact meaning of the message. While listening, the listener should have an eye contact with the speaker and thats what our marketing teacher told us today.
What I grasp from this skill, is to listen carefully to the speaker and then respond to his/her message accordingly.

Effects of the 7 habits
Yesterday I learned about habit 3 from the group's presentation.I got much about time management and the time management matrix which made me much clear about characteristics of activities, important or non important.
Furthermore i was trying to be pro-active, the day before i was having my presentation :)
